Let us come together in stillness and reflection.

Susannah Adams will be creating soothing soundscapes for busy minds. Using a loop machine Adams will layer her lush vocal harmonies and draw poetry into her songs.

These will be live improvised compositions.

This will be an open space with chairs, cushions and yoga mats. Feel free to use this session to stretch, recline, rest as needed.
